1st day meal.

I m always feed my guppy fries with liquid fry for livebearer from Intrepet right after i notice them and after 1 week with liquid fry, change the meals in2 water flea.

I been told to used cultivated insufora(hope it correct word.pls correct me if i m wrong) for the fries as it cheap and easily cultivated.Other hobby not encourage me to used insufora as it might kill the hold spawn if used in corectly.

Q's,
What is the correct doses if i want to used insufora for my fries?.

Beside liquid fry and insufora,any other food that i can use?.

Hope some1 will puzzle this enigma that i hv.Thanks.

Starting with day 1 I feed my fry a powder that I make by grounding up flake food. I use tropical flakes, spirulina flakes, brine shrimp, and bloodworms all ground into powders during the first week. I almost mix in decapsulated brine shrimp eggs. I feed 6-8 times per day and do 20% water changes twice a week in fry tanks.

Here is a short reference:

-for 24hrs after fries is born, no need to feed anything.

-feed live bbs 8 times per day.

-change water 1 time for every 3 days.(retaining 1/4 water level)

-keep environment temp to 27 degrees in tank.

-after 1 mth can change back to normal fish food.

-pls take note after one month, separate males and females.

thanks guys for the info and i found out i might lost the hold spawn when i feed their 1st meal with liquid fry.Am i overfeeding them?.Hope sifus can give me guide on successfull fries maintainence.

u can try microworm too..ez to culture..good for very small fry!!!

I give guppy frys Interpet Liquid food -with this food guppy frys gro very fast. Complement liquid food form with powdered fry food. After a few weeks they can devour fine mash up flakes. That what i give to my guppys brood till now
